As a nature lover and gardener, Barbara applies an earthy, practical approach to marketing campaigns. She started with MMG in 2013, and performs survey work, sales qualification and appointment setting. Outside of the office, her hobbies are reading, walking and getting scared during horror movies. She collects postcards, maps and breeze-art flags.
What Kelly likes most about her work is that each day is different. She handles prospect qualification and reminder programs, as well as survey projects. When not at work, Kelly takes in movies and makes time to be around nature and water, especially river fronts. She relishes spending time with her husband, family and friends, and has two dogs: Peanut and Randy. She joined MMG during 2014.
This history and trivia buff enjoys sharing the same namesake as the American film director, producer and actor, trying to introduce a bit of happiness into any marketing campaigns on which he works. Ron approaches each day as a fresh opportunity to have helpful phone conversations with prospects for data enhancement, reminder programs and survey projects. He has worked at MMG since 2013. In his spare time, he executes miniature war games and writes poetry. His family caters to Maud, a mini-Beagle and Shih Tzu dog.

Putting prospects at ease is Danny’s specialty. He originally joined MMG during 2011 to work on both inbound and outbound campaigns. After a brief time working directly with a storage services company, he returned to MMG during 2014. He currently handles sales prospecting and lead generation, along with customer service assistance and client administration. He enjoys playing poker, golf and softball. This trivia seeker will marry his fiancée during December 2014; they treasure their orange tabby cat, Dexter, and Dachshund dog, Cosmo.
IT Applications Specialist
Since starting with MMG in 2012, Darrell has focused on the Microsoft Office applications used by the company for customer relationship management programs, with an emphasis on databases. He has an industrial manufacturing background. Computers are not just work for him — they are his hobby, too. He also enjoys kites and model railroads. Additionally, he creates functional art by turning wooden ink pens and bowls on lathes. His family has two Shih Tzu pups named Penny and Tillie.
When Jeff isn’t focused on computers and video games, he can be seen mountain biking and hiking, on motorcycles, or at his children’s sporting events. He has more than two decades’ experience in the IT industry. His family has two Miniature Pinscher dogs, Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago; one rescue dog, Madison; one cat, Sneaky Pete; one hamster, Houdini; nine chickens and four hermit crabs.
Among the small percentage of people in the world who are ambidextrous, Mike’s MMG dual responsibilities include both working with clients and company associates to identify the most effective methods for executing campaigns. His day-to-day focal points often include data management and quality assurance, with a goal to exceed client expectations. Outside of the office, he enjoys time with his children and Basset Hound dog, Jay. He plays tennis, and rigorously monitors National Football League and Major League Baseball results. He’s been at MMG since 2009.

President / Owner
After an 18 year career with Maritz, Inc. Doug opened the doors to Marketing Management Group in 2004. His vision for MMG from inception was to create a unique marketing services agency that brings the ‘personal touch’ to customer and prospect contact. As technology has continued to advance, it has been Doug’s philosophy that ‘people do business with people’, so by bringing more high-touch to this high-tech world in which we live and work, MMG is in a perfect position to help its clients effectively achieve their marketing objectives by linking proven processes with the human element. On the personal side, Doug loves spending time with family, and when possible, boating on Lake Barkley.
